During my internship, I handled customer queries related to products, acknowledged purchase orders, and helped in coordinating order processing. I also supported invoice-related work and regularly followed up with customers regarding pending payments. This experience helped me understand customer handling, business coordination, and the importance of maintaining good professional relationships.
