Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual marketing and sales strategies to achieve KPIs and revenue goals.
· Revenue Generation: Drive room bookings, meetings, events, and food & beverage sales through proactive sales efforts.
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and partners.
· Marketing & Digital Strategy: Oversee website content, social media, advertising campaigns, and online travel agent (OTA) optimization.
· Market Research: Analyze competitor rates, trends, and customer behavior to adjust pricing and strategies.
· Contract Negotiation: Handle inquiries, site inspections, and contract negotiations for group and corporate bookings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager within the hospitality industry.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze KPIs, market data, and financial reports.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, hotel property management systems (PMS), and digital marketing tools.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
