Job Summary

Bharath Auto Cars Pvt. Ltd., an authorized automobile company, is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor will act as a link between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and satisfying service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
  • Prepare job cards and explain service procedures, costs, and timelines clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work
  • Update customers on service status and obtain approvals when required
  • Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Promote value-added services, AMC, extended warranty, and accessories
  • Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Diploma(Automobile background preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
  • Good knowledge of vehicle service processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability
