Job Summary
Bharath Auto Cars Pvt. Ltd., an authorized automobile company, is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to join our service team. The Service Advisor will act as a link between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and satisfying service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain service procedures, costs, and timelines clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of work
- Update customers on service status and obtain approvals when required
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Promote value-added services, AMC, extended warranty, and accessories
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Diploma(Automobile background preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
- Good knowledge of vehicle service processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability
