OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can design engaging posters and effectively manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, content creativity, and hands-on experience in social media marketing.

JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating digital posters, managing daily social media activities, planning content calendars, and improving online engagement and brand visibility across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Design creative posters, banners, and social media creatives using tools

2) Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

3) Plan content calendars and schedule daily posts, reels, and stories

4) Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copy

5) Handle comments, messages, and audience engagement

6) Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads – basic level)

7) Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports

8) Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers when required

9) Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field

2) Hands-on experience with social media handling, poster creation and content writing

3) Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics

4) Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media ads

5) Good communication and copywriting skills

6) Creative mindset with attention to detail

7) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS (GOOD TO HAVE)
1) Experience in reels, short-form videos, and content creation

2) Minimum 2+ years of experience in the education, training institute, or service-based industry
